A few days before 'puasa' I googled to find ways on how to detox and why we should detox. My findings are meaningful and I made my mind to fast~ joining my Muslims cousins. After fasting for 2 days I came across a magazine stating the benefits of fasting and now, I would like to share it to all of you!! Hope you can love yourself and do something about it peeps! ;)
12 Kebaikan Berpuasa
So, my conclusion is...I will continue fasting even though I'm not a Muslim. It is not for Muslims only but also for those who want to improve their health.
- Membantu menurunkan berat badan. Which is what I really need for now in order to keep fit and healthy!
- Proses Detox paling mudah! This is what I've been searching for! I've read that a few symptoms that our body need to detox are irregular allergies or sickness and also fatique or low stamina.
- Bantu Perbaiki Kesuburan Lelaki. Well, info for all men out there.
- Diperakui oleh ahli falsafah terkenal seperti Socrates. They have been practising it since the ancient time!
- Berpuasa beri kesan positif pada badan. It can improve your stamina, you will feel more relaxing, giving your digestion system time to rest, reduce aging process, improving your senses and creativity and also detoxifying which could lead to a positive attitude when the toxic is being reduce in our body.
- Rasa lebih muda. Stabilising our metabolism and improving our immune system.
- Lapar itu ubat terbaik. In real life situation, doctors would suggest us to control our eating habit and fast before giving any treatment.
- Malas puasa, lemah otak. When we are full or our digestion system is working, our brain is not alert and functioning.
- Puasa bantu buang racun perokok tegar. It's the detoxifying process also.
- Bantu kurang kolestrol. Reducing our glucose level and also cholesterol.
- Mahu jadi bijak? Research shown that fasting could improve our IQ.
- Kuatkan Memori! When we are fasting, a hormone named 'opiodis' (to make us focus,calm, relax and improve productivity) is being release and this hormone is more effective when we are fasting.
So, my conclusion is...I will continue fasting even though I'm not a Muslim. It is not for Muslims only but also for those who want to improve their health.
